Credits Not Received After Payment

If you've been charged for your subscription renewal but didn't receive your credits, here's what to do.

Quick Fix: Refresh Your Session

  1. Log out of BetterWaifu completely
  2. Clear your browser cache (or use an incognito window)
  3. Log back in and check your credits

This resolves the issue in most cases — credits are awarded but your session may be showing stale data.

Check Your Subscription Status

  1. Go to betterwaifu.com/subscription
  2. Verify your subscription shows as Active
  3. Check that your plan matches what you paid for

If your subscription shows as Expired or Cancelled despite being charged, this is a known sync issue. Please open a support ticket.

Common Causes

Payment processed but subscription didn't sync

Occasionally, Stripe confirms payment before our system updates your subscription. This usually resolves within 1-2 hours.

Legacy plan transition

If you were on a legacy plan (CCBill or DeviantArt), your credits are managed differently. See Legacy Plans for details.

Multiple subscriptions

If you have more than one active subscription (e.g., from a failed payment + re-subscribing), credits may be applied to the wrong one. Contact support to consolidate.

Still Missing Credits?

If your credits haven't appeared after 2 hours:

  1. Open a ticket on our Discord
  2. Include your username and email
  3. Our team will manually verify and credit your account
