Generation Issues

Having trouble generating images? Here are the most common issues and how to fix them.

"Generation Failed" Error

Try These Steps First

  1. Refresh the page and try again — this is often a temporary server issue
  2. Reduce your settings — lower Steps (try 28) and use a standard size (832×1216)
  3. Simplify your prompt — very long or complex prompts can sometimes cause issues
  4. Try a different model — the model you're using may be temporarily unavailable

If It Keeps Failing

  • Check our Discord announcements for any known outages
  • Try generating a simple test prompt: 1girl, anime, simple background
  • If that works, the issue is with your specific prompt or settings

Queue Stuck / Generation Taking Too Long

During peak hours, generation times may be longer than usual. If your generation seems stuck:

  • Wait at least 2 minutes before retrying
  • Don't spam the generate button — this creates duplicate queue entries
  • If stuck for more than 5 minutes, refresh and try again

Image-to-Image (i2i) Issues

Reference Image Not Working

  • Make sure your reference image is under 10MB
  • Supported formats: PNG, JPG, WEBP
  • The reference image must be accessible (not behind a login)

i2i Output Looks Nothing Like the Reference

  • Denoise strength controls how much the AI changes the original image
    • Low (0.3-0.5): Stays close to the reference
    • High (0.7-1.0): More creative interpretation
  • Different models interpret references differently — try adjusting the model
  • Make sure your prompt matches the style you want, not just the reference

i2i Gives a Generic/Childish Look

Some models override the reference style. Try:

  • Switching to the model that matches your desired output style
  • Lowering the denoise strength
  • Adding style-specific tags to your prompt

Downloads Failing

If you can't download your generated images:

  1. Try right-clicking the image and choosing "Save As"
  2. Try a different browser — Chrome is recommended
  3. Clear your browser cache
  4. Check your internet connection — large images need a stable connection

Can't Generate NSFW Content

NSFW generation requires:

  • An active subscription (any paid plan)
  • NSFW toggle enabled in settings

If you're subscribed but NSFW content generates as random/unrelated images, check that your NSFW settings are enabled in your account preferences.
