What Happens When I Delete My Account?

When you delete your BetterWaifu account:

• Your profile and generated images are permanently removed
• Your username is freed up for others to use
• Your subscription is cancelled automatically

⚠️ Important: Cancel Your Subscription First

Before deleting your account, make sure to cancel your subscription at betterwaifu.com/subscription.

If you had a legacy subscription (CCBill or DeviantArt), you must cancel it separately:

• CCBill: support.ccbill.com
• DeviantArt: deviantart.com/betterwaifuai/subscriptions

Deleting your BetterWaifu account does not automatically cancel external billing (CCBill/DeviantArt).

I Deleted My Account but I'm Still Being Charged

If you're seeing charges after account deletion:

1. You likely had a legacy subscription that wasn't cancelled
2. Open a ticket on our Discord with the email address associated with the charges
3. We'll locate and cancel the subscription and process refunds for post-deletion charges

Can I Recover a Deleted Account?

No. Account deletion is permanent. Your images and data cannot be recovered. If you'd like to use BetterWaifu again, you'll need to create a new account.

How to Delete Your Account

1. Go to your Account Settings
2. Scroll to the bottom
3. Click Delete Account
4. Confirm the deletion

Make sure to download any images you want to keep before deleting.
